By accessing or using the Zavya Envision website, or engaging us for web design, development, or related services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our site or services.

Zavya Envision provides web design, web development, e-commerce, and digital growth services. The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and fees for any project are agreed upon separately in a proposal, quote, or service agreement between Zavya Envision and the client.

Clients are responsible for providing timely feedback, content, and access needed to complete a project, and for the accuracy of any materials they supply. Delays in providing required materials may impact project timelines.

Fees, payment schedules, and invoicing terms are set out in the applicable project agreement. Late or missing payments may result in a pause of work until the account is brought current.

Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of the final deliverables created specifically for their project, excluding any third-party assets, licensed tools, or pre-existing Zavya Envision frameworks and components, which remain our property or that of their respective owners.

Zavya Envision reserves the right to showcase completed work in its portfolio and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and not to attempt to disrupt, damage, or gain unauthorized access to it or any related systems.

Zavya Envision is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or services, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Either party may terminate an active project engagement in accordance with the terms of the applicable service agreement. Fees for work completed up to the termination date remain payable.

We may revise these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of our website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
